- CSCassandra StocksMar 25, 20261.0Fennimore postal service is a joke. I have called and complained several times about our mail not being delivered. Mostly packages. She doesn’t even try to come to the door. When I call in, they apologize and say they’ll have her reach out to us. We have explained we work a hour from the post office and have to leave work early just to pick stuff up that should have been delivered. She never calls and the problems are still occurring. I honestly want to move just so I have a different mail lady so I can actually get my mail delivered. 0/10 would not recommend even moving to this area. You won’t get your packages.

- JDJohn DoeNov 17, 20231.0When I went in to get my passport application picture the lady was extremely rude, she talked with a very childish, snotty tone, and she straight up said “ You should be grateful I am even doing this for you. “ Then she took the picture, which cost me 15$. Finally after that when I went to turn in the application with the picture at a federal facility but was told the picture was done horribly, and was not usable and would have to get redone, and I would have to pay for it a second time. Do not recommend. Also the hours are absolutely dreadful.
