- SSSusanDec 16, 20255.0I usually get the same woman every time I go and she is incredibly helpful and goes out of her way to help. I've seen her deal with some very rude and clueless customers and she remained polite and professional to the point where I was sorry she had to deal with them. I am incredibly grateful that she helped me with a rush package that cost double to send than what they had paid me. She found a smaller mailer and with a lot of effort and a few tricks we managed to squeeze it in. Very grateful for the kindness the employees have showed and sharing their knowledge of how things work.
