- TCTom ConwaySep 6, 20251.0Stopped by the Elm Grove post office for the first time and found a sign on the door saying it’s closed until further notice pending USPS approval. No choice but to give it one star since I couldn’t even get in. Hopefully it reopens soon and I can give it another try. In the meantime, I’ll keep going to the Brookfield location. Probably just bad timing on my visit.

I went to 3 different post offices beforehand trying to figure out how to mail my wedding invites (they were a unique size and also non-machinable), and grew frustrated quickly with the lack of consistent answers from other post offices. Finally took a visit to Elm Grove Post Office and immediately was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. I got the answers I needed, not to mention multiple people congratulated me- which took me off guard because after all the frustration leading up to that point, I forgot this was supposed to be a happy time in the wedding process. Can't thank this place enough!!!
