- JSJessica StreechJan 11, 20241.0The mail carrier yelled at me today to clean out my mailbox. It was empty. (She was delivering a package.) I receive mail for other people. I don’t receive my own. I have to go package hunting half the time. Have received random social media messages from people I don’t know who were delivered my package on a completely different street. Been told my address is inaccessible or doesn’t exist. These problems have been ongoing. I went in the lobby to have an envelope weighed and mailed. They couldn’t figure out how to use the machine so they said my card was declined. I asked them to try again and they said I’d have to pay for the postage twice then told me my card was declined again. My card was fine. I left there and was able to use it immediately. We had to go to a different post office to mail it. They must have had a major staff turnover because they weren’t always this awful. As the other reviews state, don’t bother calling either the local or 800 phone numbers because no one will answer.

I been many post office mn etc but i never been treat like the way they are. Best customer service. i love to go this post office. thank you so much ladies. I told my husband i was not regret we move here in Ellsworth, best customers service ever in my life. GOD bless you guys❤️
