- HLHaydyn LesikJul 22, 20251.0My daughter went to ship something at the post office and when she was confused on which service she should pick, she called me for help. Something didn’t add up so I asked her to go ask the front desk for help and if she could put me on speakerphone to try to clarify what we were trying to ship and etc. Angie was so rude, talked right over me mid sentence and then had the nerve to tell me I needed to stop talking and talking over her. When I told my daughter to walk out and go across town due to Angie’s poor customer service and rude behavior, Angie initially refused to tell me what her name was and told me if I wanted help I could come in myself- guess what? Sent my daughter across town to the shipping depot, spent $16 for fedex ground and it will be there tomorrow, not days from now, if they don’t lose it, for twice the price and without attitude.
