- LKLindy Keough2 days ago1.0I see I’m not alone! This post office really needs to get rid of some of their employees and start fresh. They’ve been there too long and can’t work in a professional manner. I’ve been selling through Poshmark for a decade now. When you sell something, Poshmark creates a label so that you can mail it out with the United States post office. I sold a purse on Sunday and Poshmark created a label that day. I went to drop off the package today, Tuesday, and was yelled at by the most unprofessional, unpleasant woman because I didn’t ship it out the same day the label was created. The label was created on a Sunday. The post office isn’t even open on Sunday, but I’m in trouble because I didn’t ship it out then. Then she told me, that I could’ve shipped it the next day then. That’s their policy, if I’m not going to be able to ship stuff out the same day I sell it, maybe I should mark stuff is unavailable for sale until I can. Maybe you should show me we’re on the post office website. Maybe you shouldn’t tell other people had to live their lives. Maybe I had a family emergency come up and I couldn’t come to the post office yesterday. Maybe it’s none of your business. Especially because there is no policy that says that once a label is created, it has to be shipped the same day. I have never once had anybody tell me that. This lady was just looking to pick a fight this morning. Don’t go there. Go anywhere else. The one in Springfield has shorter hours, but the people are so nice there.

One of the packages has been stuck in transit for almost 3 weeks and I wanted to call and have a missing package report put in. I've had this happen before and have had no issues getting it solved. Today, the woman on the phone argued with me that it wasn't something she could do (aka im assuming something she just didn't want to since I've never had this problem before). Going to have to refund my customer now because they're very unhappy and miss attitude at the post office didn't want to help.
