  Called me up a year after I worked for them and told me I was banned from working for every people ready in the nation simply because they sent me to a job and I went home early after there was a simple misunderstanding for I had thought the work day was over and the employee from the company I was working for had told me to ask the supervisor if it was time to go home but apparently supervisor got confused and thought I was asking if I could go home and instead of People Ready coming to my defense about it and explaining that I was told before going to the job that the job would end when the work was done they accused me of lying and leaving the job site early on purpose. It's absolutely insane that this place hasn't gotten shut down yet. If you are desperate and need a job it's still probably better then nothing but no guarantees you won't get banned like I was because they do an absolute horrible job when it comes to exercising good judgment not to mention they will try to judge you if you have ceartin criminal convictions.
