- LSLily SmithSep 3, 20251.0Actually one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. Somehow the employee allegedly helping me managed to interrupt every sentence I spoke and then got irritated with me when I finally told her what I needed. She didn’t know how the system worked, didn’t have any suggestions for me, and didn’t even know how the Fedex app worked. It’s okay to be new but she didn’t even try to ask for help and just kind of refused me service. Never again!

They (especially April) did absolutely everything they could to get what was needed done for a weekend wedding. I really cannot say enough good things about the customer service and expertise they demonstrated and have already told MANY about my experience. Thankfully, I met an associate, I remember clearly her name badge says, Melisa. She was able to assist me through all the problems I had in returning my item back to the company. She was able to reprint my return label & secure my package with extra tape. With her positive attitude and enthusiasm, I got my package ready to go and share some laughter with each other. : )
