  Print and go SUCKS. It’s always been time consuming and frustrating figuring out how to print return shipping labels with Printandgo. And further frustrating that it often takes over 15 minutes to get a reply print code. And then today I sat at the Print and Ship Center for a half an hour waiting for a printandgo response three times, even sent an email from home to save time. Finally asked the desk if they could help me and was informed “Oh that’s been down since this morning.” No signs, no email replies indicating the service is down, just figure it out on your own. I would have asked sooner but in the past the answer has always been “Just wait, it’s often slow.” Even though I don’t need one often FedEx a has convinced me to buy a home printer. In the past the ink dried out between uses which is why I thought printandgo was more practical. Could be if better implemented.

  I cannot say enough good things about the FedEx Office in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Every single experience I’ve had here has been outstanding, and that is entirely because of the incredible staff. From shipping services to printing projects, they consistently go above and beyond. Whether I’m sending important packages, working with tight deadlines, or needing high-quality prints, the team is always knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely eager to help. They take the time to explain options, double-check details, and make sure everything turns out exactly right—often better than expected. What truly sets this location apart is the people. Every staff member I’ve worked with has been amazing—friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. You never feel rushed or like “just another customer.” Instead, you feel supported and taken care of, which is rare and so appreciated. If you need reliable shipping, top-notch printing, or simply exceptional customer service, I highly recommend the FedEx Office. This team consistently delivers excellence, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

  I have a large reach with thousands of eau claire individuals that come thru my doors everyday. I am going to make it a mission to tell everyone of them how disrespect, unprofessional, and outlandish the customer service and staff is here. The reviews on here show it all. A pathetic new gm has to of taken over this store in the last year, or the gm from 2 years ago gave up on life and dont care anymore. If you cant answer a simple question with a smile, you shouldn't be ruining the name of a business. This is why you train your employees.

  Mac and April, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Omg, I would fire my team members if they acted like these clowns in a work enviroment. If you hate your job, leave, bo one is responsible for you haying life. Its absolutely pathetic to act this way🤣 Have fun Eau Claire residents, they are a trash environment and has to start at the top. I bet mac or april manage that place like that. Shame.
