I was supposed to have two packages dropped off on the same day one for my fiance and one for me. Yes they dropped off a package but it was not mine and they won't take responsibility for it because "the package was dropped off" great but it WASNT MINE.

Once I chase the carrier down and blocked them in just to get the certified letter, but they'll deliver packages to my door just fine.

Took 2 weeks to deliver because there machine tracked black tread marks across the shipping address. Then when they figured where the package was to go, they put the wrong zip code (hand written) on the package so it was shipped to wrong place. It finally made it to me in two weeks instead of the 3-4 days they guarantee. The next package, I shipped EXPRESS. Paid $48 this past Wednesday and it was shipped stating delivery for Friday. Tracking then said it would be Saturday, today. Saturday I'm informed it's still in Wisconsin at the same facility it was shipped from three days prior. It's EXPRESS for a reason USPS! It's important to get it there fast. Just lost a $1100 deal because of it. Customer is pissed! I'm pissed! Id give you a zero star if it were possible. Twice in two weeks you botched it.
