- SGSame GuyJan 29, 20261.0This ''was'' a very good post office. The past few months have been pure hell. Anthony the employee is very disrespectful and angered when he is asked simple questions. Yesterday, after I asked if he thought my package would arrive on the day the label shows, he didn't answer me. He shrugged his shoulders. Anthony then threw my parcel in the bin like it was a ball game. My parcels have been known to sit there upwards of 6-9 days before going to Oak Creek. Atleast this is what tracking shows. I pay for priority and some items take upwards of 14 days to arrive at their destination. I can not have that delay with my business. I have tested this matter by going to other post offices and leaving my parcel with them. No troubles at all. By 6 pm that same day they are in transit and have arrived at Oak Creek distibution hub. As I type this now there is a parcel dropped off yesterday in Eagle and still shows to be there. What is happening to my parcels for 6 plus days before arriving at Oak Creek? Why do Eagle residents have to be disrespected by a USPS employee?

Always polite & so helpful. I hope they keep this post office, and Steve employed here until he's ready to retire.
