I had them ship out a very expensive cast iron sink, only to have the item be completely mishandled and destroyed in transit. Additional coverage was purchased in which Mr. Barbeau immediately advised me they would not be covering. Mr. Barbeau claims to be a "packing expert" but had no clue what any of the shipping symbols meant on the package. His immediate refusal and denial of any wrong doing is what made the matter worse for me. He took zero accountability for the situation and didn't offer me any recourse for the damage he and his company had done. Pictures shown are of the package at The UPS Store (on their scale) before shipping and after they took responsibity and abused it.
