I called with specific questions on shipping that would be answered best over the phone, and was essentially told to look on the website and answer them myself.

Since there is only 1 employee who seems to run this location, it is incredibly inefficient, long line/wait and their drop box scanner didnt print me a receipt and standing in line to ask a question seemed impossible. Last time I stood in line I was met with a very irritatable employee who directed me to the drop off kiosk which again didnt print a receipt.... around and around we go...

They obviously hate their job. One took pleasure in packing and taping multiple boxes in front of me while I was waiting to drop off a package while the other shamed me for asking for a FedEx Express envelope. Wow!
