- EJEric & Maryjo Jones4 days ago3.0I went in to drop off and ship a package! I felt like I was putting the woman he was helping me out! She was rude and not very friendly. I didn’t ask any thing difficult. She made me feel like my questions were dumb! Being friendly and nice goes along way!

I called with specific questions on shipping that would be answered best over the phone, and was essentially told to look on the website and answer them myself.

Since there is only 1 employee who seems to run this location, it is incredibly inefficient, long line/wait and their drop box scanner didnt print me a receipt and standing in line to ask a question seemed impossible. Last time I stood in line I was met with a very irritatable employee who directed me to the drop off kiosk which again didnt print a receipt.... around and around we go...
