- HDHappy DragxnJul 18, 20253.0Nice people, maybe new hires or high turnover. Only small complaint is I told him a couple times I was shipping media mail. He made me describe the books in a couple sentences. I told him after i know the rules(?) with a polite tone. He told me after that all of them would be opened up 🤦🏽♂️. So why ask them with so many questions, the policy states only some are opened for inspection. Maybe a biff of words. Good to use media mail, bad to have to explain I know what a book is.

I went back in to send it out and had the address verified by recipient and 4 companies that sent multiple letters sent to address that were delivered by USPS and I explained that to the person at the desk. He said he will send it out again. I said thank you and walked to leave. He got snarky with me and said “there’s 8,000 here and that’s one person. Who do you think is wrong? I’d say that one person.” I know from my history in that industry that 8,000 people did not touch that package, and that person has lived there 13 years. How would he not know his address? There was no need for that comment, it was very rude.
