She abuses her "power" by using customers forwarding addresses for personal use to harass and intimidate her 82 year old (no longer) customer. Apparently her boss condones this behavior and see's no wrong doing while we have postmasters from the surrounding area who are contacting us about this issue. She does promise to retaliate against you if you decide to report her.

Only.open 3 hours a day if one little thing is wrong on the address they dont even make an attempt to deliver the mail.its sent back immeadietly. The route driver is a total bi*** and.is lazy!!! For being federal employees they are very sad!!!!!!!! They should be fired!
