- JWJosh WiederholtNov 27, 20245.0I messed up the date of mail forwarding by a couple of days and needed a letter asap. It was scheduled to be delivered today according to informed delivery. I was able to call the CC post office and spoke with them immediately that they still had my letter and it was marked for forwarding and I was able to come pick it up at the post office this afternoon. Great service!

Usually it’s not a big deal to pick up our mail but we have a young baby which makes it a little harder to do. Everyone in the office is so kind even though it’s probably a little annoying to have our mail piling up AND our carrier goes out of her way to bring large packages to our door for the timebeing. I’m looking forward to having a functioning mailbox again but so grateful for the wonderful staff at Cuba City Post Office for the time being!

I understand theres no tracking number, but considering our town barely crests 2,000 and it was being sent to another home in the same town it's probably still in the drop box OR just sitting at the post office. Employees there are too lazy to do anything outside of their job description, if that. Must be nice to have a job where your not held accountable for your mistakes. Wouldn't even rate them 1 star, but that's the only option.
