- KUK USep 17, 20255.0I'm at the post office about once a week and the employees are always polite and efficient. We occasionally get the wrong mail delivered, but not often, and our packages are handled well.
- NNNicoleSep 16, 20192.0Same story as many of the other reviews. Packages continuously shoved in mail box in an attempt to fit them. Other day a poster and some shirts were delivered and packages were hanging out of mailbox. I'd prefer it if they were put on the ground next to the mailbox if it's too "difficult" to deliver packages to the front door. Yesterday I was supposed to receive another package but they attempted delivery to a random address in Mount Horeb. In the reason why the package wasn't delivered on the app is that there wasn't a place to deliver it to in Mount Horeb and now I need to "take action" to receive it which doesn't make any sense because if they looked at the address on the label they would realize where it's supposed to go. No issues ever with the employees inside the post office it's always delivery problems.
