- HSHolly StaudeDec 18, 20242.0Got there at 3:45pm to buy stamps and the window was closed already. Door States they should be open til 4pm. Very disappointed because it's Christmas time, and very busy time of year for mailing items.
- CWCarson WApr 16, 20242.0Took time out of my work day to stop at this post office - Called after open to ask a question, no answer.I Drove there anyway later in the day. I Parked in the lot attached to the post office, then the old lady who lives behind the post office ran outside, started yanking on my door handle. She was screaming at me, saying I needed to be more careful backing out or I would hit her car. She Then asked me if I was DoorDash and continued to question me. After all that , the Post office was still closed.
- DCDr Ron CampopianoFeb 15, 20241.0I need to renew my Passport. After checking Online, all the USPS branches should carry the required Passport renewal forms. I stopped at the Colgate branch and they did not have the renewal forms. This is a "CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE." I do not recommend the Colgate USPS and I will never stop too use their services.
