- MHMike HollandJan 9, 20235.0Was wondering why I hadn’t received my mail and so I submitted an inquiry, Colfax postal service responded in a very timely manner and were very informative and helpful, I was informed about hazardous snow conditions delaying mail and was able to pick up all my mail at the local facility. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Very satisfied.

And it was NOT a holiday! I know of other people having problems with misdelivered mail! They have changed the phone number so it is a 1-800 number so you can not tell them personally on the phone that they cannot do their job right!
