I go to PO and it’s not there, it’s still in delivery persons vehicle. So can’t get my mail! Why would you take out all the mail that was already in the mail box and not just take the mail that wouldn’t fit? There was something important that I needed right away and was in my mail box. This is unacceptable This is not the only issue I’ve been having! Very frustrated!!

It must be easier to return to sender than it is to forward it to the correct new address. Lesson learned. Going 100% paperless now. It's obvious you don't want nor need any business anyway.
