Never met a polite post office worker. The clerks are as rude as they come.

If I could leave a 0 I would, I’m waiting in a package and it was marked failed to deliver due to something with the mailbox and I had to pick it up the next day at the post office. Well I go to the mail box this morning to grab the slip and they are telling me I have to pay 21.00 to pick up the packages and I already paid shipping and handling when I placed the order online. The guy at the counter with the British accent was all like the person who shipped the order out made a fake label and didn’t pay for shipping so that’s why I got to pay, how is that even possible when it made it all the way here on this fake label? Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. I recommend fed ex or ups for packages because you’ll actually get them

Second week in a row we haven't gotten any mail or packages due the mail box being inaccessible. Which is funny because my neighbors and I can access them just fine. Also don't bother paying them for any type of shipping. Paid for next day air on a Tuesday and it didn't get there until the following Friday. They are a joke and the rudest people working you will ever have the displeasure of meeting.

No one can seem to tell me where my mail is at or why I haven't got a delivery for days. 4 days ago my USPS tracking said my package was undeliverable. So they couldn't delivery prior to the snow? Since there are no tracks in the snow they haven't tried to deliver since. I go into the Post Office for answers and the rude lady at the counter cuts me off to say "go stand there and wait for my supervisor." I waited and waited no supervisor showed and the rude counter lady ignored me. I already waited 15-20 minutes in line and 10-15 waiting for non existent supervisor, I walked out angry as hell.

By far, and I mean really far the worst post office ever. Constantly get our mail delivered to our neighbors. When you call people are very rude and never seem to change anything. What a shame!
