- ACAmy ConwellJan 28, 20251.0Chilton Post Office REALLY needs to work on customer service. I went and asked to speak to the Postmaster concerning mail delivered to my house, belonging to my neighbor. This is the second time within a month that I’ve brought misdelivered mail to the Post Office. On both encounters a same guy walks to a desk and sits down while I’m at the window explaining to the clerk of frequent misdeliveries. The guy sitting down asks me what my address is. He NEVER came to the window. Instead, he sat about 15 feet away at the desk behind plexiglass and then left!! He didn’t say anything else. I asked the clerk if that was the Postmaster. He said it was. I told him how unprofessional the Postmaster was and asked why he didn’t come talk to me….afterall he WAS the person I requested to speak to!! The clerk told me he must be busy!
