I called usps to file a complaint because we keep getting mail delivered in front of the garage instead of our front door. They said we have to go online for each delivery and inform them we want packages delivered to the front door. Otherwise they will continue putting them in front of the garage. The person I spoke with kept talking over me. I got livid and bitched him out then hung up. Looks like it’s easier to simply avoid USPS shipping entirely instead of categorizing individual shipments on my end. Privatize USPS!!!!

My wife was just in there this morning to send a package to me in Afghanistan... The lady was very rude and not helpful at all... My wife was doing everything the way the Barron post office said to do it and I have gotten every package that she sent me from there, yet this lady instead of offering to assist my wife with doing it the correct way, just kept telling her that the package won't be delivered because she was doing it all wrong. We live in Chetek but my wife works in Barron... She will be longer be using Chetek post office even if it's closer and more convenient.. very disappointed!!!
