I called usps to file a complaint because we keep getting mail delivered in front of the garage instead of our front door. They said we have to go online for each delivery and inform them we want packages delivered to the front door. Otherwise they will continue putting them in front of the garage. The person I spoke with kept talking over me. I got livid and bitched him out then hung up. Looks like it’s easier to simply avoid USPS shipping entirely instead of categorizing individual shipments on my end.

What once used to be the crown jewel of the postal service has now sunk to the worst around. Mail doesn't go out from the office as mailed, mail isn't delivered. Thank goodness we have Informed Delivery so we know what we aren't getting. Only problem is that if something is mailed from Chetek, it won't get to the Cities to be scanned for informed delivery. They also used to have the friendliest staff! They knew everyone's name and treated you with kindness and helped anyway they could.
