- ABAngie BrownSep 29, 20255.0I had made a review but it turns out that person was only a fill in between 2 employees, The one retiring and the one taking over her position. I really like the new lady, she’s always friendly and chitchat and she pointed out some obvious things to me that I should’ve noticed like the fact that it was a UPS label not a USPS.

There is no delivery in this village, free po box with an address in centuria You can hear the sign with no graphics buzzing 2 blocks away in my bedroom
- DMDawn MarieApr 8, 20231.0Very rude and unpleasant to deal with worker, she has threatened to send our packages back because we work 8-10 hrs a day Mon - Fri and in the busy season 6-12 on Saturdays, we've asked her to leave them in the lock boxes but apparently those are always in use, which is funny because I always see the keys to them sitting in them. She's miserable and wants everyone else to be just as miserable.
- KLKari LarsonApr 27, 20201.0It is very sad that Centuria has the rudest postmaster I have ever had the displeasure to conduct business with. She seems to inwardly enjoy making people sad or angry. I had a po box for a nonprofit that I picked up every 2 weeks. She pulled all my mail because there was too much to fit in the box. It was NOT a lot of mail. It could EASILY fit in the box. I have worked for the post office for several years in the past and thought I knew the rules and had never heard of this before. She threatened to fine me and said if this happened again that she would and I would have to rent a larger box. I usually got 2 pieces of mail a week. She is a very nasty nasty person.
