  Two in-person interactions with two different people at the Cedarburg USPS location and both were terrible. Both employees were rude and very unhelpful. If you need in person help with anything, I would suggest going to either Grafton or Saukville as their employees are much more personable and nice.

  The manager called me to resolve an issue regarding a package that was delayed randomly. He was wonderful and helped solve the issue and then even called to verify everything was delivered and was just fantastic.

  The carrier put letters in all our our mailboxes in our apartment building that our mail was undeliverable and the locks needed to be fixed. The only problem with that is that not all of the mailboxes are broken and the landlord is not going to replace a lock on a mailbox unless it’s broken. I explained the situation to the gentleman who is working at 3:45 today, Tuesday the 21st answering phones at the Cedarburg location working at the counter answering phones, and he completely took the employees side instead of understanding my issues. They are holding my mail because my mailbox is not even broken. I took a video of myself opening and closing my mailbox perfectly fine and I sent in a formal Complaint. I am pissed off, I’m irritated, they have my court paperwork that’s in my mail, they also have a tax form that’s in my mail and they’re refusing to deliver it because my mailbox is not broken. The guy who worked today at 3:45/4pm at the counter answering phones talked completely over me, didn’t let me have one word in, literally told me that repeating myself is going to get me anywhere. He cared more about protecting his precious female employee than helping out the customer and understanding that his employee is probably lying and didn’t want to deliver to the rest of the building So she’s stuck a letter in every single mailbox instead of the ones that were actually broken. he was literally still talking over me when I hung up the phone because I couldn’t even say goodbye on the phone because he was talking so much. The letter actually said apartments one through six, which is every unit in my building. I’ve lived in my apartment for two years and then the two years I have lived here my mailbox has not changed at all whatsoever. The fact that my mail is being held, because my mailbox IS NOT BROKEN Is completely ridiculous and absurd. I called, I found the postmaster of that location, and I also put in a formal complaint against the guy working and the mail carrier for our location

  Both workers were well-informed, positive, and helpful. I was able to get my passport photo taken efficiently, received a good recommendation on the best way to send my documentation to the State department, and sent it all within ten minutes. Special thanks to Corey for stepping in to help with my passport photo!

  Contacted USPS in Cedarburg because I punched in an address and it prefilled wrong (google auto fill) and i didn't check on me end Was able to talk to Amber the supervisor she got it handled great customer service they’ve really turned the place around with her!!!
