I had to ask a person with a cellphone next to me what "cm" was in "feet or inches". I figured it out, but I was SURPRISED that, even though the world measures things in the 'metric system,' she wouldn't help me convert it into the 'imperial system.' I was simply discussed. I understand that the U.S.A. is the only country that uses the 'imperial system' but, I would think that you would have the decency to learn the system of the rest of the world. Nevertheless, I got my package shipped to Germany with some more fuss and an expensive bill... $76,- for a package that was only 7,6kg. I shipped things from Germany for less of the same weight (28,- €/$30,75). Thing are expensive in the U.S.A!
