- MMMelissa Mcfarlin/i_emerge1 day ago1.0I came here for passport walk-in service at 8:15 AM on Wednesday. The website clearly states that walk-in hours are from 8–9 AM Tuesday through Thursday. I rang the doorbell for service twice and could hear workers talking in the back, but no one answered or came out to acknowledge me. It ended up being a complete waste of my time. If walk-in hours are no longer available, the website should be updated so people don’t show up expecting service that isn’t actually being offered

- MGM3 GSep 16, 20171.0As most others have mentioned there is a middle aged blonde/Brown lady maybe in her early 50's that is extremely rude. I often mail packages with prepaid slips from eBay that may be little heavier than the slip lists and she gets a major attitude in saying that I have to pay extra postage which I don't have an issue with, and heaven forbid you don't know the policy on packing tape.. this woman definitely needs to be fired. I thought I was isolated but I guess not. I visit there frequently so I will be updating with her name because a description isn't good enough!
- DRDaniel RauscherJan 8, 20172.0Too stuffy and when I asked for something in centimeters the lady looked at me with a pissy glare and told me that she didn't do that "system" and asked me what feet and inches I wanted it in. What is the rest of the world supposed to do when we want to to send a package from the States and we don't know the imperical system. Really, the U.S.A. is the only State that uses this system and it is horrendous that you guys won't even help someone who needs it! Bad State!
