There’s an older woman that works here, white hair and glasses. She often leaves everyone feeling unhappy. Me as well. I see her interactions as I wait in line, I deal with her myself and it is never pleasant. It cost me $10 per item to ship and I have paid hundreds of dollars in shipping, and when I come here to ask a question about why my customers order hasn’t arrived and if she can help it’s like I’m the issue? Really poor customer service, as a gyms she’s clearly over the position and as a customer I’m frustrated to be forced to speak and deal with her everytime. Prices going up. Service going down.

I went to drop off two packages that I prepaid for posting and was greeted by Ronald at the front desk. He was exceptionally rude from the start all the way to the finish. I ended up taking my packages back and will refund the prepaid posting and use UPS through Ace Hardware from here on out for all of my shipping needs for my business.

They deliver to a neighborhood less than 100 yards from my house and they've decided they can't deliver to me and all of those building in the Birchwood Reserve development. Pretty sad. It will be interesting to see if they do this to the Bear Development on the other side of the Fox River.

Jane- The "supervisor" has no problem solving skills. When I explained I was not getting my mail for a while there was obviously a postal code, or address deficiency so instead of accepting the problem and trying to figure out a solution she decides to argue with me about how complicated the situation is and gets an attitude. It was closed to 5:00 so assuming she was just trying to get out of work I probably inconvenienced her. Her boss Tammy with no last name (all I needed to know) will be around tomorrow to talk with her. I felt like I was in line at the DMV.
