I watched a woman be refused service simply because it was 2:00; when questioned, the employee replied, “We want to go home too,” even though helping her would have taken a second. This business shouldn’t be operating if this is how customers are treated. The staff clearly need real customer-service training—generic “we’re sorry, we strive…” responses aren’t enough. Do better.
