    Not great service kept trying to call to make sure they did notary no one answered I got to the store at 2:15 and stood in a line of 3 just to be told she’s not doing a notary because they close at 3pm extremely annoyed and disappointed

    I've been a customer for at least three years and have seen the turnaround, truly expected. But once those associates have seen me a few times I get a great "friend" kind of service. As a company you want people to come back. However, the last time I came in, which was a couple weeks ago (Oct 3?) I dropped off my package. The young man gave me a receipt and I was on my way. A week later the package returned to me and I'm befuddled. My shipping label had not been covered with the new return label back to the store. I dont know about an honest mistake but it wasnt my mistake. When I went in to tell them what happened and asking what I needed to do, the lady with the blonde hair implied that it was something I had done. No, that's not what you're going to do, I'm thinking to myself. If she had owned up to the fact that it was their mistake and "bring it in and we'll fix it" attitude I would not be making this post. It was clearly their mistake and it would have been ok and professional to say so. 'The customer is always right' moto is forever gone, I do believe. I hope from this suggested post that they do better.

    I came about 10 minutes before close to drop off dozens of packages which required a receipt. The staff was very accommodating and were willing to help me out even though I came so late with so many packages. The employees were Saif and another female employee
