- NNNicoleDec 20, 20251.0Absolute joke! They hold your packages without any reason, say they cant deliver them when there is no reason they couldnt. Including in the summer. I dont think the drivers care, if you dont like your job...then go elsewhere. When you go to pick up your packages or mail, no ID is checked, so anyone can grab your packages/mail. They have mound of boxes outside that anyone could go and grab while the one worker is occupied. Nothing is organized, everything is just in a pile. Yikes! This place needs a complete overhaul.

They held my mail for no reason, so when I went in to ask about my mail, I was responded with pure disrespect as if it was my fault they were holding my mail and complained how it was taking up space. I've gone in to get stuff mailed out and they act as if I'm interrupting their work flow and day. My packages get thrown on the ground outside of my mailbox in the street because they are too lazy to drive a tenth mile down to the farm so if it's snowing the plow is burying my package or it simply gets rained on. Packages and mail get left at my porch that we don't even use or have a path leading up to and can clearly see the door is not being used yet my mail gets thrown in puddles and snow to be ruined. I could go on and on.. 0 star review
