However, the staff refused to do it, despite the fact that my driver's license still had my home address on it. They insisted I needed additional proof, like a mortgage statement, insurance policy, or car title with my name on it. Is this a new policy? I was able to update my address online finally without any issues, which made the in-person experience even more frustrating.
