- BBBagTagMikeNov 10, 20201.0For the past two years the Black River falls post office constantly leaves my packages in the rain on the sidewalk. when I first moved in they asked where we want packages placed and I checked off the box that said on my porch, my porch is always unlocked he can visibly see that the door is always out open and unlocked. but yet they no matter how many times I call them or talk to them they just leave it out in the rain, FedEx and UPS at least put the packages in plastic bags if they leave it out in the rain and you wonder why the postal service is falling apart.
