- TATobyn AhlstromAug 17, 20252.0Not a great experience, for some reason they won't send regular flats out with tracking using USPS ground advantage. I've been to over half a dozen post offices in the southern Wisconsin area in the last year and haven't had an issue. Also I'd give the postal lady a D for customer service, comparable to an irritated dmv worker.
