- VDVa daJan 1, 20261.0your carrier on 1300 block of 10th Street on 12/31/25 had tore off a sign on my HOUSE which they aren't allowed to touch because it's not on the box itself. i have signs on 2 spots on mailbox stating ONLY then the names of mail for actual residents of house (mind you they are 2 short names, not like i put 10 different names to wade through) as instructed by usps and my previous carrier before he left the route 4 years ago. still receive wrong mail after talking several times to carriers. then this other person not original to my route ripped my sign saying ONLY because the first 2 didn't clearly work. you can't touch my house!!! I'm calling corporate offices

Whenever i call i get directed straight to the actual post office and not halfway across the world to talk to someone in a different country. Dude who answered held my package and i was able to pick it up as soon as it arrived. These people are great at what they do!
