Whenever i call i get directed straight to the actual post office and not halfway across the world to talk to someone in a different country. Dude who answered held my package and i was able to pick it up as soon as it arrived. These people are great at what they do!
- SSSarah SharpeMar 18, 20212.0Second time since mid-January that I've had packages "delivered" while I've been home all day but since I have the Informed Delivery I get an email and text when my stuff supposedly arrives and there's nothing. Not even my camera triggers for movement. Always helpful when I need to mail things, but this is getting quite old when I'm trying to receive them. I wouldn't even be mad if it had to be delayed, but I'm not even getting them delayed.

Lying and saying Front Door/ Drive way not accessible reflects poorly on the postal service, especially when USPS already delivered a package..... Edit as of 7/13/24. Post office made a claim that we were not home and left a notice. Not only were we home but they left zero notice, no delivery was even attempted. So my review is now 1 star it would be zero if I could.
