This is the only returns center in our rural area and after you drive a distance to bring in your returns, half the time they aren't accepting them due to hardware problems. I've tried calling ahead of time to see if it was up and running, but no one answered the phone. As far as being an office supply store, they're fairly good and offer electronics recycling, shredding, etc.

Went in on Sunday 11/8 and two women were working. Very rude customer service. Never picked up the phone when I called regarding a question I had on a product. When I finally drove to the store, the lady working sighed at me when I asked her my question. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Google sends you to Stamples here in Beaver Dam as a shipping center for FEDEX. My boyfriend went in, he was told by the 30 yr old something behind the counter when he asked for help, that he could print his shipping labels and "FEDEX loves when you print your shipping labels here" The guy was condescending and obnoxious and didn't bother to help clarify that it was A UPS drop off location and not a FEDEX location. Google sends you to staples when you ask for nearest FedEx location. And in a hurry, you would think the people working there would be more professional. My Boyfriend comes out and asks me to go in cause all it printed was 3 color sheets and no label. I go inside, see it says UPS and the guy starts asking if he can help me. So I start asking if they took bulk FedEx items too, since Google sent us here. The guy was rude, talked down to me in a mocking voice and told me I can try Walgreens but good luck with that and was dismissive at me. 1) No one is perfect. But if someone was misguided and you work there, REDIRECT THE CUSTOMER AND HELP! 2) I'm 45, I have never talked to anyone while in customer service with that arrogant disrespect to anyone, let alone anyone older than I. 3) Just do better as a people. No one deserved being talked to, disrespected and treated like either of us were. I was too frustrated to get the guy's name. But never will I ever use any staples or a UPS in their store after that bull.

I appreciated Andy’s help with where to find products and useful product info. It’s so nice to be able to shop in-person, peruse and buy products, often more than I started out for.
