- JSJoseph StoneDec 22, 20251.0One package was in Baraboo on the 19th, on time, but instead of delivering it that day, it was sent to the UP? Says it went way up to Iron Mountain MI. Now, another package, was in baraboo the 4th of Jan, instead went north of Green Bay. I’ll have to come in and speak to the postmaster to figure out what is going on because I need my furnace working and these parts were supposed to arrive over a week ago now. Just awful quality of service

I had to go to the USPS website to email about the issues because you can’t talk to anyone at the customer service center. My email was forwarded to the Baraboo Post Office and Tanya email me right away. She called me everyday to let me know that she was working on getting the packages to me. She did everything that she could and made me feel like my packages were the only thing that she was focused on even though I know she had a lot of thee things to handle as well. She was amazing and got the issues handled quickly with me getting both of my packages. I appreciate all the work you put into getting me my items!!
- EEElliottJul 1, 20251.0They will receive Amazon packages and hold them and deliver them when they feel like it. literally had them say “could not deliver due to weather conditions” on a whole week where it was sunny. Bright. And no rain. They are a joke. They do this all the time because they are lazy. Never had a good interaction with them either when I take packages In. Always treat me like I’m a bother to them. And god forbid if you ask them for tape.

They said it would not fit in the mailman's car and they could not use one of the postal trucks to deliver it because of Union rules. What a second rate operation.
