- KFKellie Fobian3 days ago5.0I recently had issues with 2 packages from the same website. I have never had issues before. I had to go to the USPS website to email about the issues because you can’t talk to anyone at the customer service center. My email was forwarded to the Baraboo Post Office and Tanya email me right away. She called me everyday to let me know that she was working on getting the packages to me. She did everything that she could and made me feel like my packages were the only thing that she was focused on even though I know she had a lot of thee things to handle as well. She was amazing and got the issues handled quickly with me getting both of my packages. I appreciate all the work you put into getting me my items!!
- EEElliottJul 1, 20251.0They will receive Amazon packages and hold them and deliver them when they feel like it. literally had them say “could not deliver due to weather conditions” on a whole week where it was sunny. Bright. And no rain. They are a joke. They do this all the time because they are lazy. Never had a good interaction with them either when I take packages In. Always treat me like I’m a bother to them. And god forbid if you ask them for tape.
