- BBBigsnakeNov 24, 20251.0Disgraceful customer service. My package was originally scheduled for delivery TODAY and arrived at this post office after the delivery truck had already left. Perfectly understandable—delays happen. What is NOT understandable is that when I showed up in person 30 minutes later, politely explained the situation, and asked if someone could please grab it from the back since it was literally sitting in their facility, I was met with outright refusal and attitude. Quote from the employee: “It’s already processed for tomorrow, we’re not getting it.” No apology, no “let me check,” no effort whatsoever—just a rude shrug and a clear message that they couldn’t be bothered to help. It would have taken less than two minutes to retrieve it. Instead they chose laziness and indifference over basic human decency. This isn’t about “policy”; it’s about employees who simply don’t care. I’ll be using UPS, FedEx, or any other location from now on. Do better.

The guy that seemed to be in charge said he would be calling me back when he figured it out and I never received a call back or my package.

They claimed they were attempting to get the package delivered but were unable to, because my front door was inaccessible. I physically watched the postal office drive past my house. They never attempted to stop. They did not attempt to even stop at my house. We also have 3 seperate sidewalks/pathways shoveled out. I'm very unhappy with the service that was completed by these drivers. I ordered my packages with overnight shipping on Thursday and now they are closed because it is Saturday and they claimed this two days in a row. VERY poor service
