I took a few greeting cards in to the Augusta Post Office to be weighed and stamped. One card had a button on the card decoration making it thicker, as well as photos enclosed. The young gal posted it with $1.85 and said something about it needs to be hand canceled or something. OK. She took it and mailed it.
Two weeks later it comes back in my mailbox, labels stuck all over it, return to sender, postage due, etc
I talk to the same gal at Augusta post office, she remembers me. Says nothing she can do for me. "It was delivered and the receiver didn't pay the extra postage due, so it was returned" she said. I say. "Why didn't you properly stamp it the first time?!!! "(The receiver could not see who it was from)
I got no apology. No refund "because attempt was made to deliver"...no acknowledgement that a mistake was made...no sorry at all.
And yes, she checked with person in the back...who didnt get off his/her comfy cot to say sorry either.

I've been trying to find a way to get someone on the phone for over an hour so I figured it'll be easier this way. Ashley at the front desk has an unbelievably rude attitude, she is unfriendly and offers no customer service, I come in I'm a back brace barely can stand and she orders me to walk to the other side of the counter to buy a roll of tape because she didn't like the tape I used for my box, which she talk down to me like a child because it wasnt acceptable to her.
