- RRR3 days ago1.0So had a package sent up on general delivery and they didnt even hold it the 15 days they admitted to doing by their own system. Sent on the 10th received on the 13th sent back on the 25th... Noooow im no math guy but are you guys seriously charging money to not provide a service now that SCOTUS says you cant be sued? Are you actually starting the clock for a package you dont even HAVE yet? Seeeeems kind of scammy for a federal service

Ashley at the front desk has an unbelievably rude attitude, she is unfriendly and offers no customer service, I come in I'm a back brace barely can stand and she orders me to walk to the other side of the counter to buy a roll of tape because she didn't like the tape I used for my box,which she talk down to me like a child because it wasnt acceptable to her.
