My girlfriend and I brought our own box to mail to the grandparents, just needed to write down the address and tape the the box. Seems easy and simple right? Nope. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude. We didn’t have a marker with us. So the lady gave us attitude. We didn’t have tape. We got attitude. She slams everything down and gave us attitude over questions or concerns. Unfortunately from what I see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Something needs to be done.
