Haven’t gotten a package delivered even though they were given explicit instructions and can’t talk to a representative when called. Better off driving somewhere don’t rely on USPS EVER.

Poor excuse of a federal service; it honestly should be shut down. I’ve lost track how many times packages have been lost or not delivered yet marked “delivered,” how many times I’ve received mail of others that’s sometimes not even near me (one time a package of someone’s located a mile away, on a different road, a day I didn’t have a package!), how many times a package has been poorly handled for delivery (hello package rubberbanded to my mailbox to be carried away by the snow plow into the ditch!), and let’s not forget how impossible it is to even freakin’ get a hold of someone there. There is no direct line and there hours are pathetic - closes at 3 during the week, but let’s make sure they get an hour and a half lunch! Better yet, lets be open only for an hour on Saturdays! I never mail any letters out of my mailbox and never drop off a package to be mailed at this post office. I would even consider moving to have better postal service for my area, that’s how AWFUL this location is!

To talk with the post master you need to go to a different site to talk with her. She was helpful. The link to the post office is worthless if you want to talk with her.
