- JFJulie Fischer2 days ago1.0I had professional letters to mail out. I asked to get stamps that did not showcase the historical war history of the United States, stating that at this particular time when hundreds of people are currently being killed in senseless wars it was not a good time to showcase wars on postage stamps I was sending out. Jeremy at the counter then made an incredibly unprofessional and politically charged comment stating I should “tell them to just grow up”. I didn’t come here to listen to your political or moral opinions Jeremy…please respect your customers and keep your unsolicited comments to yourself while working with the public.

- SSSami StephanFeb 11, 20265.0The front desk staff were very nice and she handled two passport appointments with pictures taken in 20 minutes. As long as you have everything filled out ahead of time it makes both the staff and your life super easy to get everything taken care of.

The girl at the counter was extremely rude not only to me but even had other customers jaw dropped. She talks to you like you’re a baby, & if it’s not that she’s talking down to you. Strange considering she’s a stranger behind a counter working for you. I would not stop back at this usps if my life depended on it. She’s so immature she was unable to finish my passport process due to not liking me, because I was talking back to her exactly as she was speaking to me. Don’t like that energy? Don’t give it in the first place. Treat others how you wanna be treated. Talk about professionally immature & childish. Not sure how she landed that job, I think I should have my 6mo old apply because he’d be nicer than her, and would be able to communicate kindly and properly. He can’t even speak, I think that says a lot here.
