  I HATE this location. Every single time I go they have only two people working and a line that is out the door and onto the sidewalk. They took out the only quick way to help yourself with removing the self service station. That was the easiest way for me to drop off packages that only need a scan and nothing else. You shouldnt have to wait almost 30-40 minutes just to get a package scanned in. Its ridiculous to only have two terimals operating at all times. I have wasted numerous lunch breaks standing there. The employees have 0 concerns for their patrons that have been waiting forever. No apologies, no effort to move faster. Its just an overall terrible experience coming here. If i can go to the one on Allouez Ave in Green Bay, I always will. That location has 3-4 terminals and multiple employees working.

  I dropped a return off the day after Christmas--as expected there was a line of about 10-15 people ahead of me. Instead of mass chaos, I witnessed a well oiled machine. The what seemed like a shift leader or store manager calmly prepped each customer for what would be needed for their returns and he helped those with quicker tasks such as printing shipping labels. He was friendly with everyone and made sure everyone got through quick. I can imagine this is the busiest time of year for them and I expected rude and tired staff and was met with kindness and organization. Well done to all who help make things stay on the tracks at this location!

  Easy to work with. They give different shipping options thar have helped me with how I have sent packages in the past. Trust in getting my packages to the destination on time!
