The 1st 3 times there were just too many people and she handled them professionally and calmly. She is doing a great job durng a busy season.

Employees friendly despite being overwhelmed. They were not happy with responsiveness of their manage on the phone- who was to them mostly unresponsive. If it is the holiday season- best choose another option. I went to the UPS store on E Calumet- high volume of customers but staffed better and much more efficient. Maybe the owners would consider visiting a more efficient store for process improvement ideas instead of being content with a poor customer experience
