We were there to drop off for return shipping, we only ask if we can get the weight. The guy with long messy curly hair was very rude about it. He didn't give us the weight, we did ourselves. And he complained that it won't be accurate once it gets packaged.
We wanted to be cautious and have some evidence that we drop it off and it wasn't empty box delivery.
Just reading the reviews, I guess were not the only one who had problems with that long messy curly hair dude who looks like they play dungeons and dragons in their mama basement.

ZERO stars!
On Satuday afternoon, I placed an online order for a printing project. It was actually completed several hours before the estimated time listed of 5pm. However, I ended up needing four more pages printed, so I tried to place another order. It came back saying I couldn't pick it up until Monday at 5pm and for some reason, the pay tab wasn't highlighted so i couldn't place the order. I drove down to the store to pick up my current order. There was one guy working with long black hair. He gave me my order and it was fine. There were no other customers in the store, so I figured he could print my four pages. I asked if he was busy and he said no, so I explained that online it said it wouldn't be done until Monday and that the pay bar wasn't highlighted so I couldn't enter my card number to place the second order. He said he didn't know anything about the online ordering, which baffles me. I thought to myself, shouldn't employees be trained about how your website works just in case a customer asks? In the past, I would bring in a flash drive and they would put it in their computer, find the file, and print it for me. Or they would have me send it to the store's email and do it that way. In this case however, the files were on my tablet, which I brought with me. I asked him if he could print my files and he said no because there were other print orders ahead of mine online. I said I didn't need to do it online because I was right here, right now. He seemed bothered that I wanted him to actually do some work. He clearly wasn't working on anything. I'm not sure if everything is all automated now. It seems his only job was take print projects out of the printer and put them in a box or bag for the customers when they arrived. His customer service skills sucked and he was obviously clueless about what should be common knowledge if you are properly trained. I've worked retail for years and did a stint at Staples as a manager. This is unacceptable. He clearly didn't care about the issues I was having. My expectations about customer service these days is already low enough. I know people no longer go the extra mile, but this was a simple request. This guy fell below my already record low standards I put on today's workers. This guy wasn't some high school kid. He was probably between 25-30. When I gave him the ol' "I guess I'm going to have to go elsewhere," he made no attempt to save me as a customer or try to accommodate my needs. I won't be going back there. There are plenty of other places that would probably appreciate my business.

I am beyond frustrated. I digitally signed for a $400 Apple Watch replacement, but that doesn't mean the driver should just dump it on the edge of the bottom step. It was left completely exposed to the street and the elements—it could have easily been stolen or ruined by rain before I even knew it was there. My front door camera didn't even trigger because the driver didn't bother walking to the porch (my side camera caught him dropping it at the first ledge he saw). To top it off, the box tape was already cut and tampered with. This is lazy, unprofessional, and put my expensive delivery at serious risk.

If I could give this place negative stars I could. The dude with the long thin hair that looked like he plays dungeons dungons and dragons in his moms basement with the Crater skin “helped” me today. He’s or whatever it is was constantly snippy and rude to me. I was irritated and as I walked to the door he said have a good day but I just walking from the disrespect of this thing behind the counter. So it said have a good day again but louder and after I didn’t say anything back it just said “or don’t” I would never ship anything at this place again he should be fired immediately. It’s not my fault you failed so much in life you had to resort to working at fedex so don’t take it out on me.
