- JJJen JaimesAug 15, 20251.0Brian used steel wool on my stainless steel cooktop, scratched it up so bad it looked like it aged 5 years, and literally scratched off some of the decals for the knobs. I noticed the next day and called, he was apologetic, and we agreed on a small refund just to cover the cost of replacement decals. That was over a month ago, and I still haven't received the refund despite texting him three times. I don't need excuses for why you can't stick a small check in the mail, I don't need to hear "I'm running a business," and no, it's not acceptable for a business to take more than a month to issue an agreed upon refund. I haven't even been given a timeline, just a "I'll get it to you, don't worry." I tried to be accommodating and understanding but at this point I feel like I'm being strung along. Very unprofessional.

She came last minute for us, spent all day (there was ALOT of deep cleaning due to it sitting unused for over 5 yrs), was very professional with what was asked of her ( and no complaints, which was really nice), and did an AMAZING job cleaning top to bottom of the interior! Would DEFINITELY recommend this company!!
