If I could give this a zero
star I would. I purchased the primo water dispenser from them last year in November. Since I have purchased it they never have caps for the 5 gal water jugs. So I can never refill my jugs. A worker told me to take the caps from the new bottles. Did that for a bit. Then went in today to see if there was caps bc I was out of water again. No caps and a sign on the other jugs that said do not take caps. I contacted an employee to ask about more caps. Then as they were checking I saw the state of the water refill station and it was broken and had calcium build up on the nozzle. There was a sticker on the dispenser that said it was serviced 2 days ago on 11/10/2025. When the worker came back they said they had no caps and told me to take them from the new bottles. To which I kindly reminded him his sign said I couldn’t do that. When the team lead came out to talk to me he was rude and confrontational, saying that there was no caps because people grab handfuls at a time and if we wanted caps we could buy them ourselves. He said we didn’t need to grab a new cap every time we filled up which we obviously do since the dispenser punctures a hole in the top of the cap when you place the jug on it. I told him that as a customer of Walmart whose supplier was primo they should order more caps due to the demand of their customers needed them. He said that they would not order more because they have to pay for them, Well obviously and we pay for the refill when we get our bottles. I pointed out that the machine said it was serviced on 11/10/2025 and today is the 13th and there was calcium build up on the machine and it was broken. He said parts were on order but couldn’t explain why the nozzle was dirty. He raised his voice and turned red in the face the more we talked. I pointed out his attitude and asked for his name to which he didn’t want to give it to me. This is a team lead guys. He said his name was Paul. Anyways is it worth using the primo station at walmat, No. It’s a waste of money and given the fact that even if you do spend the money you won’t be able to refill when you need too I say stick to buying water bottles. Would be great if they could get their act together but who knows.
