The guy we interacted with was professional and on point. He took our photos and answered all our questions,easy peasy. Great service, excellent experience.

Went to PO to find out why. Clerk had no intention to be helpful. Then he scanned the package as refused while I carried it out the front door. Request call from Postmaster. It's Dec 19 so let's see how long it takes to hear from her.
