- JMJ MOct 11, 20251.0My daughter's mail has been sent all over the country but not to our house. Only 4 pieces of her mail have made it to our house in 3 months. The carrier delivered our packages to the next road over, our mail to our neighbors, I thought the carriers had to be able to read letters and numbers, but I guess not if they work for Amery. Zero stars should be an option. Informed delivery only works if the informed delivery validation reaches your house.

I'm out $500 for a car pay I tried to return which had never been seen again and my granddaughters graduation card is lost in the mail with a$100 check in it, and the heat monitor we were supposed to return had never seen seen either and I'm not paying for that. I think if the postal service can't be counted on they should be closed!

- MRMelissa RussoMar 4, 20231.0I called the Amery office to make a passport appointment. They told me I had to make the appointment online. The only appointment times online were 815 am, 830 am and 845 am. We showed up and the post office does not open until 9. So very frustrating.
