- SSSpencer Schulz5 days ago1.0Absolutely incompetent. 1, they refuse to answer the phone, even from their own USPS Customer Service Team. My package was accidentally rerouted to their location, two hours away from the delivery address. It’s been stuck there with a “available for pickup,” designation at the Abbotsford location, which makes zero sense, as the delivery address is in Neenah…. I have called many times, submitted a redelivery request, and still zero movement. It was supposed to deliver 2 days ago, and at this rate, it’ll never get to me. Pathetic.

I asked for a 30 day hold on my mail and they sent back important letters I needed (Bills, my stimulus, packages, and even a letter I sent to myself from their post box) all I have received in two weeks is a flyer and an old bill. I feel like something is up with this post office.
- AWAndrew WildAug 29, 20193.0I have no qualms with the service of the Post Office workers. Every time I have needed assistance, I have received cordial and prompt service. However, the big issue I have with this location is that the hours are poor and therefore, access to my paid PO Box is very restricted. I commute out of town for work, generally during the 1st shift time block, so I may have but 1 day a week off that overlaps the open hours of the Post Office. Please at least leave the PO Boxes available when the rest of the office is closed.
