While other household members receive their packages without issue, one of mine was marked as “no safe location available,” which is inaccurate given that deliveries are regularly made here. A redelivery was requested, but it never occurred. Errors happen, but the failure to follow through on redelivery reflects poor communication and a breakdown in the delivery process. I hope this can be addressed to improve reliability going forward

Why as customers do we let this go on time for post master change to this office. Need someone who thinks customers do count and mean something no wonder they loose so much money and can't run business
