  I was told this UPS store provides notary services and to book an appointment online. I arrived 5 minutes early to my prescheduled appointment and waited 20 minutes in line due to computer issues for people in front of me as usual. When I finally got to the counter and let the clerk know I was there for my notary appointment I was told their boss does the notary service and doesn't even work today. It was not the poor clerk's fault, but it's a shame their management makes them work with malfunctioning equipment and advertised services that are not available despite being able to schedule for them. This isn't even the first or second time I've experienced these types of issues with this UPS. I dread going to this store. It did lead me to finding a really exceptional new shipping place though. I can’t recommend Yelm Shipping Express enough! It is located just across the street and they really saved the day. I went right over there and recieved quick and friendly service without issue.

  Sujit does a fantastic job of managing this store. The customer service has dramatically improved since he became the manager a few years ago.

  Today I went to go ship off something that was just a little. Over 2 pounds wanted to charge me. Forty three dollars went to the new place in yam, shipping express.Cosme, only eighteen dollars.I suggest everybody should try out.The yum shipping express at least once
