  Three of the four employees working at the store during the time I was there bent over backwards to help me with some copies. One of them was named Drake, but I don’t know the other two’s names.

  We use the UPS Store at 420 S 72nd Ave often and are very satisfied with their friendly service!

  Horrible experience. I called the day before to ask if they can take a payment over the phone for the next day.. The guy i spoke to said yes. I arrive and after unloading 5 80lbs+ packages onto the center table without a dolly because they only a small lip dolly. I am asked if I am shipping all the packages by some young employee. Odd question huh? Then I inform them I was told i could do a phone payment, just to be told only the store manager is allowed to do it and he isnt ever there on Fridays. Zero offer for help. If i am ever back in this area. I will go to the 6th Ave location as they actually do the phone payments. They are also very nice and helpful. Id say to avoid this store and just go to the 6th Ave. It's only a little further.
